Accounting Assistant

We have a front desk position that will give you a challenge, but will also give you great satisfaction!  You will be part of a small team of dedicated, hardworking individuals who are willing to invest their time and talents to help you succeed in this position.

This position offers a variety of accounting duties, including but not limited to:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Billing
  • Front Desk and administrative duties
  • Resident Trust
  • Deposits

The qualified candidate should possess:

  • Accounts Payable and/or Billing experience is a must
  • A strong desire to make a difference
  • A caring and compassionate temperament
  • A two-year Accounting Degree or work equivalent
  • Accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task with interruptions
  • Excellent attendance

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Starting at $14.20/hour – pay for experience

Job description:

Assist residents with activities of daily living while maintaining their highest level of independence and following their individual care plans. Work with all departments including dietary, activities, therapy, housekeeping, etc. to ensure that we have a holistic approach in caring for the residents and meeting all of their needs.

Part-time & Full-time all shifts. Flexible scheduling available!

Must have a current WI nursing license
Long-term care experience preferred but not required
Multitasking skills and ability to think critically

Functions as a team leader and guides and directs the delivery of nursing care throughout scheduled shift
Passes medications and provides treatments per physician orders
Collects data and charts pertinent information in resident record
Updates physicians as needed and transcribes physician orders
Follows up on all resident incidents and changes in condition
Guides, assists and leads CNA’s

Activity Assistants          

We are looking for an individual to join our team to add fun and enjoyment to the days of our residents by planning and leading activities at our assisted living and memory care.

Position is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

And every other weekend (6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m.) and every other holiday.

This position also includes some resident care.

Resident Service Assistant 

Do you enjoy working with older adults? We are looking for someone to provide loving cares to our residents. This is a great opportunity to see if healthcare is your calling.

Part-time PM shifts (3-9 PM) available.

Part-time DAY shift (6-2:30) available.

Possible assistance with obtaining CNA certification.

Hours include every other weekend and holiday.

Dining Service Assistants (DSA)/ Servers ~ PT & FT

We are in need of helpful caring people to serve our residents. Our dining is restaurant style so waitress experience is helpful but not required.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Stocking supplies
Doing dishes
Setting tables
Some food prep.
Taking temperatures
Take resident orders
Delivering meals and food trays


Full-time and Part-time positions available!
We are in need of compassionate responsible people who have a strong work ethic and positive attitude to prepare nutritious meals for our residents. Experience is helpful, but not required.
